- The Validity of the Program (Term) is from 11-Feb-2016 (00:00 hrs) till 12-Feb-2016 (23:59 hrs), unless extended by Bank, SBICPSL and Flipkart by mutual consent in writing

- SBICPSL along with its direct affiliates is alone responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in relation to SBI Credit Cards without reference to State Bank of India. However, State Bank of India along with its direct affiliates is solely responsible for resolving all disputes and differences in relation to State Bank Debit Cards without reference to SBICPSL
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till 15-March-2016. Post such date, Bank, SBICPSL & Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons
- All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective seller and Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. nor the Bank/SBICPSL shall be in no way responsible for the same

In case the goods are consigned through any other carrier (other than EKL logistics), customer understands that he/she will have to initially make the full payment for the new product and receive 100% of the exchange value, pursuant to delivery and verification of the old phone at the Delhi Warehouse of WS Retail, within 20 working days. In relation to the option of the customer to use 3PL - the customer, in case chooses to use a 3PL for transporting the old phone, please call 18002089898.
- In relation to shipping charges of old phone - customer hereby understands that he would be charged an amount mentioned as pickup charges towards shipping charges of old phone in case he chooses e-kart logistics as a transporter to ship the old phone to the buyer's (WSR) central warehouse of WSR in Delhi.
